How it is done:
- Prior to event: Area managers monitor sites for existing conditions.
- During event: All accessible areas, including drive lanes, parking stalls, entrances, exits and intersections are plowed and salted as needed. Also, all main walkways and building entrances are cleared and salted as needed.
- Following event: Activities are continued until all parking lot surfaces and sidewalk areas are free of snow. Ice control materials are then applied to melt any residual snow and to protect against freeze/thaw.
- Snow hauling or blowing: If your site requires hauling or blowing, we will begin these activities immediately or the next evening depending on your requirements.
